As I'm sure you're all aware by now, we're in the process of preparing an
HLF bid for the Buckinghamshire SMR, which will include Internet access.
Has anyone developed performance idicators to measure the success of putting
SMR information on the web? We've thought about counting the number of
'hits' on the website, but that of course isn't really a qualitative
indicator. And how do you estimate what would be a reasonable number to
expect/aspire to? Has anyone come up with a measure that they are satisfied
with?
We are intending to include a feedback form for users as part of the
website...so we could use that to provide some measure of satisfaction (as
we do at present for visitors using the SMR).
