The Global Atmosphere and Ocean Systems
Call for Papers
Taylor and Francis would like to announce a call for papers for The Global
Atmosphere and Ocean System.
The Global Atmosphere and Ocean System has become a forum for exciting
research and stimulating new ideas related to understanding the
atmosphere-ocean system and climate change. Now publishing its eighth
volume, the journal welcomes submissions from authors concerned with the
implications of atmosphere-ocean interactions for climate and climatic
stability. To reflect the current interdisciplinary approach of atmospheric
and oceanographic scientists the scope of the journal is broad. Articles are
welcome on topics, experimental as well as theoretical in nature, that cover
the diverse issues confronted by scientists seeking to understand the ocean,
the atmosphere and their interactions on all space and time scales. The
ultimate concern of this journal is the implication of atmosphere-ocean
interactions, or any aspect of the dynamics or physics of either fluid, for
the Earth's weather, climate and climatic stability.
All papers submitted to the journal will be reviewed by at least two
independent referees, in addition to one of the editors or assistant editor.
