Subject: HEN Seminar on Sept 19th: Health Equity in the UK from an International Perspective
Sorry for any cross-posting.
The Health Equity Network (HEN) is holding a seminar on September 19th 2002 on Health Equity in the UK from an International Perspective. Eddy van Doorslaer organised most of this seminar, which will be held at the London School of Economics. A draft programme is pasted below.
As you can see from the programme, I still have to find one or two discussants and chairpersons, so if you would like to volunteer, please do (discussants and chairpersons will be reimbursed for their travel expenses).
HEN is going to incur quite a lot of travel costs for this seminar, so we will be making a small charge (£15) to those who would like to attend. This doesn't have to be paid until the day of the seminar.
Although its quite a long way off, I need to know if you would like to attend, as I have to sort out the catering requirements quite soon. As always, attendance will be restricted and will be guaranteed on a first-come first-served basis.
Thanks
Adam
