You can do that now by developing a qualified DC XML schema for use as an
OAI record format?
It would be nice if the development of such a qualified DC XML schema were
done within (or with the help of) this group.
But the development of such a qualified DC XML schema does not have to
delay us in putting out a simple DC XML schema, conforming to the simple
DC model that I have outlined, and that people can start using now.
