i'm not doubting that, same goes for other health professionals as well,
despite the ill informed efforts of some mangers to try and prevent people
from doing things

When i first heard of NHS direct i thought it was a good idea, but now i'm
fairly sure it's not, when firends who work for the NHS ambi service call it
'NHS re-direct' due to the vloume of calls it appears to generate, i'm sure
the money could have been better spent on face to face services such as walk
in services , expandingf the number and scope of ENP serivces , revising the
way out of hours community nursing services work ( actually being pro active
instead of 'firefighting' what the daytime Community Nursing service can't
handle)
