Craig's reading seems to be the same as mine, I really can't see us being staffed
to the level that we can multi stream patients without a shed load more money
and none seems to be realy coming into the trusts on a recurring basis.
I can't help feel that spin is more important than clinical application.
Many of the good ideas already occur where the staffing numbers and seniority
are sufficient to allow it.
