I am away from home and my Kipling books, so I can't remember the title of the poem (is it 'Destroyers'?) which is not only based on the tune, but very closely on the words, of the sea shanty 'Spanish Ladies' - the chorus goes
We'll rant and we'll roar, like true-born young sailor-men
We'll rant and we'll roar, all across the salt sea,
Until we strike soundings in the waters of England.
From Ushant to Scilly is forty-five leagues.
You'll recognise it from that, I'm sure
