It seems clear that UCML (of whose Executive cttee Mike Kelly is a member)
will be at the forefront of discussions with the government over these new
proposals, but can i advise colleagues in German Studies that I have now
stood down as the "German" rep on the UCML Exec and been replaced by Prof.
Roger Woods.
