OK, thanks. I missed the significance of your message. Given that there
were zero responses to this message (as far as I can tell) I suggest that
others may have done also. In fact, this must be the case, because the RDF
schemas you have installed are clearly broken and very misleading about
the current status of DCMI terms.

The NS policy is explicit in *not* stating that the namespace URI will
resolve to an RDF schema! It could equally resolve to a RDDL document and
still fall within the statement above. (Note: I'm not suggesting here
that it *should* resolve to RDDL, I'm saying that it *could*).
The various discussions at
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A1=ind0110&L=dc-architecture&D=0&H=0&O=T&T=1
and later (which post date your August message) clearly indicate (to me)
that there is no concensus about what the namespace URIs should resolve
to.
I hope we are all agreed that resolving the namespace URIs to an incorrect
RDF schema is a worst case scenario!? I gives a completely confused
message to the DCMI community. Until we agree what the RDF schema (or
whatever) should look like it is best to not resolve the namespace URIs to
anything.
I don't believe that your single message to dc-registry in August should
be seen as a committment from DCMI to host an RDF schema at the namespace
URIs.
