Robbie, I loved your calculations. However, I am not sure you got it right. They
rather reminded me of Eugene Jonesco (my favourite playwriter). I think that
you can only add the 20 minutes once, which means that the last of the queue
(like everyone else) waits his time plus 20 minutes, rather than 10 hours.
On a more "ethical" note, although in principle I agree with you that in the
ideal world everyone should be treated the same, the reality is that no one
does. On the other hand, any employee of a corporation gets some advantages
from working for that particular Company (free health insurance, company car,
special discounts etc.) What do we get for working for the NHS?
