I use the Canadian CT head rule as the basis for deciding which of my
minor head injury patients to observe/CT. However it is of no help in
deciding how to manage warfarinised patients as anticoagulated patients
were excluded from the trial protocol.
Minimal head injury in the paper for the record was defined as people who
had at no point loss of conciousness, disorientation, or amnesia.
