Interesting ideas. I'm curious: have you validated this claim against
actual, successful SMEs? For example, here's an (n+m)x83 table showing
n successful SMEs and m unsuccessful SMEs and whether each business
process was found in each company. Then you could validate that the
successful ones had all 82, while the unsuccessful ones were missing
some.
At least at the smaller end of the SME spectrum, 82 discrete processes
sounds like a lot.
