caudal of the malleolus. No X rays have been made later.
The most significent symptom was; she could only stand and walk on her toes;
she had problems with the dorsal flexion; I guess the talus gives pressure
on the malleoli during dorsal flexion. Syndesmosis injury will probably
cause pain as well during dorsal flexion. So you might be right suggesting
this.
