Subject: research
I am an Architect researching how different taxes on physical
aspects of products, buildings, or their land development, have
affected their design and layout over history.
For example, taxes were levied based on number of windows, chimneys,
building footprint, no. of stories facing the street, etc.
Any help you can give me in researching this subject would be greatly
appreciated...names of organizations or individuals etc. Could be U.S
and European, etc. Perhaps you have had some articles published in your
Journal about this.
Look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
David E. Christensen AIA
