The conference I was referring to is the International Reading Associations
(IRA) World Congress on Reading. This conference meets every other year.
The last was in Auckland, New Zealand--where I first heard about EPBC.
This year's conference is in Edinburgh. The dates are 29 July through 1
August 2002. The following address will get you more information:
