We use the Philips X'Pert Software also.  Since we have instruments from different vendors and like to share raw data with colleagues
using other instruments, we often use Jade as an analysis software package for our powder XRD raw data.  Jade is developed by Materials
Data Inc.(MDI). We have found MDI to be very helpful, and MDI has included requested analysis features in upgrades.
