Roiyah,
within Gwent Healthcare Trust there has been developed an internal
translation service.Although there are one or two problems with the service
on the whole there are good training, review and feedback processes for both
users and staff. The person who co-ordinates the service is Florinda Hall
and she can be contacted on via The Royal Gwent switch board on 01633
234234. There is also some use of language line which is also evaluated by
Florinda.
Hope you are OK, and the project is going well. How about that social get
together sometime?
Regard's,
Sharon Hall
