Surely no-one is manually generating 3 versions of a site.
Everywhere I have seen that (e.g. for German on-line newspapers
in the Ruhr) all versions are generated from a database. You
change the database (in Midgard, Zope, mmbase or whatever) and
all three designs are updated at the same time.
