I am not sure of this as I just tried and checked for
www.ulst.ac.uk, www.ulster.ac.uk, WWW.ULST.AC.UK and WWW.ULSTER.AC.UK
and it said that they where all accessible, although WWW.ULST.AC.UK is
listed as not being.
Has anybody else came across this?
Cheers,
Gareth

It turns out that a number of UK universities' web sites have been blocked
recently, including St. Andrews, Ulster and Oxford.
They have a form that lets you do a real-time test to see if your site is
still blocked by the Chinese censors.
