Have a look at "www.mrc.ac.uk" which is based on 3 sites - graphical,
text and print.

Have you tried the RNIB site as they have 'kitemarked' sites like Tesco that
have received their blessing for accessibility (for blind users,
anyway). I think they might also highlight some inaccessible sites.

Worth looking through the archives of ALA (A List Apart) as they have dealt
with browser accessibility and should highlight some sites.

Can't think of any personal ones, except that I hate sites with fixed fonts
when they're fixed at about 9 point, but I can't think of any because I
leave the site immediately.
