Once you've installed the Mozilla browser, you can add unbelievably useful
HTML and CSS reference tools using their 'Sidebars' though. Here's how (this
is for MS Windows):
1)Install and run Mozilla 1
2)If the sidebar isn't visible, press F9 to toggle its appearance
3)Visit
http://developer.netscape.com/evangelism/sidebar/
4)Select the CSS2 and HTML 4.01 tabs for install and accept these.
5)Two sidebar tabs install which index the W3c resources ...
