As you say "presumably depending on the Zope configuration". Many
Zope sites are front-ended by Apache and many run on ports other
than 80.
I'd say www.cultivate-eu.org is rather exceptional in running
ZServer.
A dead giveaway, if you suspect Zope under the hood, is to
append /manage to the URL.
e.g. http://www.bris.ac.uk/is/manage
Note that www.bris.ac.uk is reported by Netcraft to be Apache -
which indeed it is. But various bits of the underlying tree are
served from Zope.
