He did remove images he nicked from us when we first complained. But the
text there now is a word for word copy of our 'about' page and I've already
alerted our legal guy.
The first time we noticed this site, a while ago now, his enquiries e-mail
address went to our Alumni Officer (we first noticed when she started to
complain about odd e-mails) - now it comes to me!

I've had a look through the 'original content' on this site and can't see
any logos or pictures lifted from institutions websites, so there
does not appear to be any straightforward breach of copyright. However *you*
could argue (I can't as we don't appear to be listed!) that
some of the deep linking and use of framed pages is a breach of copyright.
