The figures quoted below for Content Creation Times are both accurate for
different types of material. The complexity of what is required however will
be different [as will be the skill level of the people required to implement
the same].
The rule of thumb we use at Oaklands is:
1:100 Basic content simple graphics using simple tools [Low Skill level
required]
1:200 content of a multimedia type (created using more complex tools)[medium
skill level required]
1:300 Well designed Multimedia learning objects maybe including graphics
Video Audio - fully standards compliant [high skill level required]
