This course provides participants with a thorough understanding of
the application of marketing principles in the transport market. It
shows by means of case studies and practical examples how the
marketing mix can be used to address issues currently faced by
transport planners and managers and it equips participants to be able
to use marketing principles to explore and solve practical problems.
It also examines a range of key market research techniques as they
are or could be applied in transport.
