RICS has recently published the RICS European Housing Review 2002. This is
the third edition of our annual publication which is written by Michael
Ball, Professor of Urban Economics at South Bank University, London with
contributions from a wide range of European housing experts.
The RICS European Housing Review 2002 provides informed commentary and
critical evaluation of EU housing markets, including comprehensive coverage
of housing and mortgage finance systems. It also features 14 country
specific reports which explain the housing system, including the growth of
home ownership and the role of rental housing, examine influences on
housing demand and supply, and evaluate current market conditions and
prospects.
If you would like to receive a copy of the full 128-page report, or the
summary which is available in in English, French or German, please let me
know. The summaries are also available on our website at
