I didn't know he'd died - until I've just read your elegy! It's brilliant!
It really is! I don't even want to quibble about the (sounds too much like
china-cup-and-raised-little-finger poetry word) plangent! Our culture will
be more banal, more insane, without him. Thanks for the poem!
