I've seen mention in the past of a book about poetic forms, in which a
description of each form was given in the shape of that particular form.
Does anyone know the title, author, any details about this book?
The book of forms is Turco, The Book of Forms, University Press of New
England (paper). It has a few examples of altar or concrete poetry. Look
for George Herbert's Altar poem.
