Goodness, Grassy, you're such a Puritan!
If poetry were restricted to original thoughts the Internet poetry boards
would fall strangely silent.
On a speciality sonnet board I frequent we use a generic for old jokes
recycled as sonnets: we call them Blomquistians. Sonneteers generally are
fascinated with the way things are said.
Here's another, although not a sonnet, I'm afraid.

David
Under the Weather
I went to see the doctor since
I wasn't feeling fit.
My head was hurting, and my hands
were shaking quite a bit.
He asked me if I drank a lot
(the nosy little git).
"Oh no", I said, "in fact, I spill
the greater part of it."
