- but I hate, Hate, HAte, HATe, HATE bread and butter pudding!!!!!!!!!!!!!

way.
No, I've changed my mind a little... I really, Really, REALLY hate, Hate,
HAte, HATe, HATE bread and butter pudding!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The simple list form works - with some things on separate lines, then others
sharing lines.
But yurch!
