February's poetry includes our first from Japan, cinquians from Africa, a
poem written in Spanish with the English translation, experimental work, the
Poem of the Month by Djuana, November's IBPC winners, an essay from Stephen
Willhite and many other fine works.
In addition, we are publishing a poem by Stephen Anderson, recently a
prisoner on San Quentin's death row. Stephen was executed on January 29 and
pronounced dead at 12:30.
