Wonderful personification of a desperate act, I guess we don't know, but a
serious act to break a relationship. Have I seen this or at least the title
before?

>Why She Left Him
>
>Sometimes she saw it as a scene in a flood;
>him on a rooftop with swirling brown
>water sucking at walls
>while everyday household objects slid past,
>and her in a boat he would jump into
>until her strength gave out and she drifted away.
>
>But always in her dreams she saw them
>as two planets personified,
>each held in an orbit
>by the others gravity,
>but never approaching.
