I'm sat in the shade
where the colours fade
into shadows of rainbows

Poems
poems are not just black and white
neither are they grey
they are colours
sometimes they co-ordinate
other times they clash
Lynn
Poems may be gray,
or dark enough to seem white,
but hit by the right light
such a splash of color,
Picasso would wear shades.

Poems may be weightless
or heavy as wet snow
either way they land
they feel better off your chest.

I'm sat in the shade
where the colours fade
into shadows of rainbows
Lynn
in the darkest room,
the poetry in a cobweb,
in a mouse's squeak,
lights the corners
