I thought about the husband/wife reference - I wanted the speaker/woman to
feel he was still her husband while he had remarried.
I'll consider dinners; I thought it had the feeling of repetition without the
plural but maybe not.

PS. Thanks.
<< Hi ryfkah,
A couple of small points. I wondered if the following line shoul dbe in
plural: 'She prepares a dinner'.
Also, I was a little confused by '>Her husband and his wife'. Maybe a little
more clarity about which she is her and which is another woman.
Cheers,
Frank
