Frank, I like the way you bring us back to the negative side, then
undecided. I can see this performed. Though I suspect you could rewrite it
tighter, shorter and with better breaks (esp that lonely but above the part
I clipped.) Now's the time to find the problems, for after you purchase the
roof will leak, termites will gnaw the floor, the toilet will need replaced
and the neighbors on one side will boom box all night and on the other will
target practice towards your house.
