Hi Terri,
Not a lot to say about the poem except that I always find I'm smiling when I
read it, start to wonder all kinds of things (like the fate of the church if
this guy had fallen arches!) and the many, many, lines of fancy I find
myself following each time I read it. It's a delight when something so
specific can create so many possibilities!
And who's to say the meaning I've made out of "for Paul" is the only one?
It's just the one I'm reading into it right now...
