I think, Gary, these is the best things I've read, so far, this year. They
sneak up on me at bus stops, in trains, in bed, while washing up, and - even
without their finely worked words on the screen/the page - they work their
magic yet again.
Thanks,
Bob
Bob, they sneak up on me too, but somtiems the wand fizzles.
This has possibilities Gary. How about doing the same lines in a different
sequence in each stanza. It could turn out very effective here. I thought
this was something of what you set out to do then changed.
James, actually, I am exploring the differences in tanka as 5 7 count and as
3 5, the count often recommended for English tanka. I prefer the short
count, but have recently written several in both to see how they sound.
Thanks.
Gary
