Dear Colleagues,

Planning is well underway for the 9th International Tardigrade Symposium
to take place 28 July - 1 August 2003 in St. Petersburg Florida.  Please
visit http://chuma.cas.usf.edu/~pbnichol/tardsym/index.html  for
details.  The site we have selected is a hotel on the beach and the
off-season rates are very reasonable.  Please fill out a preliminary
registration form to help in the planning of the meeting. For those of
you who need to minimize costs, we have a provision on the web site to
assist you in finding a roommate with whom you can share expenses.

We expect to have the second notice out within a month with a web-based
form to pay the registration fee over the internet.

Please forward this notice to any colleagues that would be interested.
We have mailed this notice to all the email addresses from the
Copenhagen meeting but some have likely changed, and there may be some
newcomers.
