Do you want the data to be resampled or not? Do you want rigid-body
transformations or would you prefer affine?
If affine is OK, then you could spatially normalise the images without
including the nonlinear warping. Alternatively, you may like to try
rigid-body registration with the template images, which could be either
with or without resampling the original images. Or, you could simply do
a manual re-orientation using the <Display> button.
