Hello folks,
I am trying to use a GE2SPM program that convert GE_epirecon images into
ANALYZE format. We have successfully used this conversion program under
SPM99, but I am now using this in conjunction with SPM2b and matlab 6.5.
When invoked, I get the following error:
Undefined function or variable 'spm_hwrite'.
Error in ==> C:\MATLAB6p5\toolbox\spm2b\spm_create_image.m (create_analyze_image)
On line 60 ==> s = spm_hwrite(deblank(V.fname), [V.dim(1:3) 1],...
Error in ==> C:\MATLAB6p5\toolbox\spm2b\spm_create_image.m
On line 10 ==> [sts,Vo] = create_analyze_image(Vi);
Error in ==> c:\ge2spm-3.2\GE_convertVolumeMR.m
On line 58 ==> V = spm_create_image(V);
I attempted to work around the problem by using conversion under SPM99.
And then, when viewed with the DISPLAY function under spm2b and MRICRO all
looked fine. However using any of the Spatial Preprocessing functions
under SPM2b results in the top half of the images being chopped off. This
sounds like it may be related to Andreas Bartsch's Thursday, November 21,

but it wasn't clear what the resolution of that post was.
Are there conversion incompatabilities?, Is this related to image
orientation in someway ?
Thanks for any insights and fixes.
