Dear Jack,
I have just experienced the same error using Win2000 and Matlab R13. some
troubleshooting revealed, that I had included data in the analysis that had
been cropped by (illegaly) reslicing the images of different scanner
sessions (using different scanning parameters, different #slices) in one
realignment process, where they had been declared to be from the same
subject.
The resulting r*.imgs shrunk to the same size, but nevertheless spm_spm.m
seems to run into problems.
Maybe in your data there are similar issues regarding image dimensions?
Have you normalized your data? after normalization this kind of problem
should be eliminated.
Good luck,
Kai
