Dear all,
I am fiddling around to call spm_xbrain.m from the matlab command line,
but do not seem to be able to do this... I just want to extract the
brain, and I think the problem is that the syntax is
% function spm_xbrain(P,mode)
with the P representing two images:
% Inputs:
% xxx_seg1.img & xxx_seg2.img - grey and white matter segments
% extracted using spm_segment.
I do not seem to be able to input two files within one argument: I
either get "too many arguments" or "cannot read file information on
file1_seg1.imgfile1_seg2.img" ... it's probably extremely easy, but I
tried quite a few varitions now and would appreciate any clue.
Thanks !
Marko
