I don't think there is anything wrong with your image volumes, as your analysis
got almost halfway. I can't really say what went wrong, except that one of the
function calls from within the win32mmap.c source code probably failed.
An obvious cause would be that an image was moved, deleted, or had its file
pemissions changed during the analysis. There are probably a few other less
obvious causes, but these would need a bit more Windows knowledge (than I have)
in order to diagnose.
