This is the (very) raw, un Fourier transformed, data. If you are using GE's
'epibold' pulse sequence, then you need to use their unsupported 'epirecon'
program to FT this, and then work out how to convert the output of that
into the Analyze format that SPM needs (cant help there, sorry, we dont
do things that way ourselves).
If you are using standard epi, then you need to get the scanner to ppush the images
to a suitable workstation in DICOM format, and then use something like MRIcro
to convert to Analyze (see the SPM web pages for pointers to this and other
conversion software).
If you are using a 'real time' version of EPI, then your images will end up
on the real time workstation, in GE's own format. You'll need to copy them
to somewhere appropriate, and then again convert to Analyze. If you cant find
anything else to do this conversion, I can give you a Sun command line binary
that will probably work (although it's actually intended for old 5X data).
Good luck,
