It shouldn't have too much of an effect, other than the region of brain
included in the final analysis will be smaller. I would only suggest any kind
of "object masking" if there is a region within the image volume that is
not how it should be. I am assuming that the part of the cerebellum that is
cropped is outside the image volume.
