Dear Daniel:
The most simple program is mricro from Chris Rorden. It works in MS
Windows and Linux. For Linux also is Medcon from Eric Nolfe. It can be
used in Scripts so you can automate the process. We use a Perl script
that makes the conversion of multiple volumes at a time automatically.
It calls routines contained in Medcon. It works fine.
