Dear Colleague,
The Astrophysical Chemistry Group of the RSC will be holding its annual
meeting for young researches “Expanding Your Universe” on Monday 4th March
2002 at Burlington House in London. The keynote lecture will be:
The UK's MODULUS experiment - extraction and analysis of volatiles from
the surface of a comet
Dr Ian P. Wright from The Open University
The meeting is designed to allow young PhD or Postdoc researchers to give,
perhaps a first, conference presentation on any subject related to
astrophysical chemistry. Speakers are encouraged to consider an electronic
presentation. This was a very popular meeting last year and I hope you will
encourage your students to attend this year.
Registration details for the conference are to be found on the website at
http://www.ex.ac.uk/~amshaw0/EYU/ or by e-mail from me at
[log in to unmask]
Best wishes,
Andrew Shaw
ps Apologies for cross-postings
