Thank you for your response and the references.
That you say "it might work" I take as a mild encouragement
(and not distant from my own views).
There seems to be a case for using the best team roles available.
Belbin's roles were based on the detailed study of about 200 human teams
of about six persons, albeit operating in a protected educational gaming
situation, and selected on the basis of Cattell and other psychological
testing.
Are there better categories available from good psychological work on
team reasoning?
