Dear all, a reply from notoriously sunny Western Australia. We are
strongly urged to drive on low beam throughout the year. When driving into
the sun in the morning and evening frankly the only thing you can see is
the illuminated low beam of the headlights. The vehicle is invisible. So I
suspect drl's are just as beneficial in our latitudes as they are in
higher latitudes with over cast weather and much less sun.
