You'll be wanting written ackowledgement that the poem is
yours, and royalties too, I would imagine.
I'd write them (always put it in writing) and ask why your
permission was not sought and what remuneration they are
proposing for your work. What did the magazine's conditions
say about submitting work and their terms for such
submissions? Be clear on the situation first.
